"Great access to the waterfront river walk and the convention center. Nice rooms and common areas. Starbucks in lobby, breakfast area and restaurant on second floor, bar on rooftop. "
"A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them."
"Always a good stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but they offer valet as an option. It is nice to have a decent coffee shop in the lobby, which offers breakfast items for purchase. "
"If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront."
"Parking was available in the front back inside the room was perfect and two queen beds for handicap. People breakfast was great. Couldn’t complain about anything."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend staying here for leisure or business."
