During a spring thaw the ice started to break up on the Detroit river. The river has a strong current which caused this pile up as the pieces started to shift. I liked the sun on the ice, the texture of the ice and the reflections.

"Staff were great and friendly jonnesha was the woman who helped me during my staff and she was polite, helpful and overall hospitality was phenomenal, everything was walking distance 1/2 minute distance, I saw parking had a fee but I didn’t rent a car, place was clean, had a room with a great view of the water and downtown tourist area"

"Chic and definitely trendy. Loved the decor, the business center was incredible-- private rooms, beautiful lounging area. Full service kitchen with coffee machines. Absolutely perfect for meeting clients and working all day with some closed door privacy as well. The rooms were amazing-- the chilled water in the fridge in jugs vs. single use plastic was much appreciated. "
