"This hotel is a secret gem! Every part of the experience is excellent. The client service is 5 star, every time, every encounter. Don't be put off by the airport; the planes aren't heard! As the hotel is by an airport, it's not over run with tourists. My only hesitation on this review is that we love this secret getaway (which is so close to the beach and the quiet part of the Gold Coast, but with the feel of a great hotel), a secret we're otherwise happy to keep. But the staff and owners deserve honest feedback, so here it is."
