"Neat, clean, spacious "

"The staff were very friendly and smiling throughout the registration and also during check out. While the exterior of the hotel looks a little jaded and tired( a fresh coat of paint will definitely help), the room was clean and tidy and it looked freshly renovated.( i was looking at the tiles' grout lines and sealant joints for the fittings and fixtures. They were spotlessly clean) The basement carpark is brightly lit( i arrived at night), esp around the lift lobby. Although there were some darker corners and I didnt get to see any security camera, I saw a guard sitting outside the exit point when i was departing. Overall, i feel safe parking the vehicle under the hotel. "

"Good hotel but it is hard to get grab and no transfer service provided by hotel. I would like to stay here again one day."

"We had a really good time staying here! Friendly staff, location is pretty close to center Muar, the room is clean and bed is comfy too! Bonus points for here is if you’re a cat lover you’ll be greeted by the cats😆"

"Check in je bilik bau rokok. Kuat bau rokok package habuk rokok atas lantai. Cawan ada kesan kopi tak cuci. Tv tak boleh tengok. Bila cakap dengan staff, no action taken. Alasannya memang macamtu. Bath tub pun tak function. Stay dua malam kat hotel ni memang tidur je semata. "
