"Love the shuttle service to the airport. Mum was nit able to use the shower over the bath and would have had difficulty getting to second level. Thankfully able to change rooms. Restaurant had lively food however the poor staff member was very busy. "

"The room was far better than I was expecting. I was impressed by my large roof balcony (although far too wet and windy to use it on my visit) and the lovely view to the Botanic Gardens from it. Comfortable bed, the heating worked and a nice bathroom. Only improvement I can think of is a desk and chair, as I got a kink in my back from trying to work on my laptop off the bedside table. It's walkable from here. The Botanic Gardens across the road is worth a visit. There's a restaurant/café next door. Bus 8 from the airport has a stop not too far away, so that's convenient. I would stay here again and recommend this to others."

"Everything at The Quest on Kilmore was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The Staff was the best. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. This was the nicest place we stayed at on our vacation. "

"Beautiful property with a rose garden. We chose this hotel as it was near Hagley Park and it was worth it, as we saw many cherry blossoms during our stay. We stayed in the twin room, with 2 double beds (there was some confusion on this at first as Expedia stated 2 twin beds, which are basically 2 single beds, just a bit larger). Thankfully, the staff at the front desk cleared this up before we could pay for the extra roll away bed. Breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant was good. Most of the staff was helpful & friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! "
