"The room was clean, everything worked. The pool was open. Only downside breakfast was not all that great . I did like the pancake machine. "

"Spotless..... Yes Courteous.... Yes Unfortunately a good night's sleep was disrupted by smoke detection alarm on all rooms and all floors starting at 11:57 pm. Piercing alarms ran in bouts for a full half hour. Burnt linen in dryer was apparent cause. My ears are still ringing 13 hrs later. "

"Breakfast was ok, the bagels were fresh and you get a few choices of types of bagels, yogurt and tea. Downside, i plugged in the blow dryer, that popped the breaker and i was without hydro for about an hr, until i got down to the front desk."
