"The person who checked us in was very nice and professional, which made for a great first impression. Our room was very clean, and the same goes for the facilities and all common areas throughout the hotel everything was impeccably maintained. The building décor is unique and a bit different, but very cute and charming. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and provide a lovely space to relax; it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal, centrally located near shopping and a wide variety of restaurants, which made getting around very convenient."

"The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only negative comment I have is the rootop restaurant - Osa. The service was very very slow and poor customer service. Although the burger was good, the fries were so salty they burned our mouth. "
