"For the most part the room was clean however we didn't have a light over the sink which made it hard for those who need that extra light due to poor vision. The hot water in the shower was ice cold the first day. The front desk sent a request for maintenance to fix. The problem was fixed but you still had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to get hot and it turned cold again after 5 minutes in the shower. "

"I highly recommend a visit to wine and roses resort and hotel and spa. The spa experience was absolutely beautiful, perfect, and very relaxing and tranquil. Our hotel room was beautiful and had everything you could need. I can’t say enough about the grounds of the resort itself. It was so aesthetically put together, which gave you a feeling of being 100 miles away from a city with a wonderful experience and I hope you take it opportunity to visit and experience this for yourself. "

"It was a lovely place to stay, with Starbucks just a short walk away. The beds are really comfy, making it a cozy spot to rest. The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the carpet, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. "
