"Staff works tirelessly to accommodate guests’ wishes. They are responsible and responsive. We were specially pleased with Sandy from guest services. At our arrival she greated us and accompanied us to our room, booked our dinners at the restaurants and did so much more. She went above and beyond, mainly because she wanted to apologize for the hotel’s very long wait time on the phone prior to our arrival.
Our room was clean and made everyday very nicely. Mini bar was filed with drinks on a daily basis. Food selection was really good, fresh fruits and imported cheeses, with added on option to book a restaurant dinner.
One improvement wish is the sports offerings. If you want to pursue sports look for other hotels. Sadly, windsurfing didn’t exist although advertised. Archery had very limited timing with 10 people using one arrow and 6 bows to practice for 30 minutes."

"Had a great stay at the El Beso Ocean El Faro. Both hotel lobbies were stunning! Our room was amazing and our concierge, Kevin, ensured we had everything that we needed during our stay.
I will say it would be nice if there were more restaurants on the El Beso side, but the one restaurant was great for dinner. Absolutely recommend the ribeye steak for dinner! My partner and I spent a lot of time on the family side just because there was a lot more activities and majority of the restaurants there along with the main entertainment. Very fun! My partner and I really enjoyed the free bowling on the family side and the lazy river!
On the El Beso side we were so appreciative of the pool table and ping pong table side by side and free on that side as well. The pool was more quiet but it was great because we were able to get a cabana/bed every time we lounged by the pool.
Overall, for the price we paid it was an amazing value. Amazing room, great service, so many activities and beautiful hotel. "
