"My husband and I would love to go back here again. We had a swim-up room, which came with VIP check-in and a butler. The service was outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious. The resort is easily walkable and well-maintained. It felt luxurious and even smelled good! The pools and beach were relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and hydrotherapy area. We definitely recommend it for a relaxing sun vacation. "

Special recognition goes to Kyle, the lobby concierge, who was incredibly helpful and friendly; Yudy at the reception, who provided excellent assistance with a warm smile; and El Natural at the main bar, whose great energy and service made every visit enjoyable. Thanks to the amazing staff, our stay was memorable, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The only aspect that could be improved is paying a little more attention to the cleaning of the showers. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent."
