"Hotel Basement 1 is connected to the subway to the airport and Nanakuma Line. Level 1 is just 3mins away from the Shinkansen Line. Room is very clean and comfortable for family of 3."
"The lobby is on the 4th floor but there’s no sign to advise. It made us to go around a few minutes to figure it out. Other than this pretty good place."
"Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
