"This lovely remote B&B was located on a scenic hilltop in Kyle of Lochalsh, which is just on the other side of the bridge to Skye. Be advised it can be difficult finding restaurants that are open for dinner at the end of September in this area. Pre-booking is advised. This establishment has a lovely large lounge and dining area that can be used to eat carried-out food and serves a full hot breakfast including eggs & sausage. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and cozy with a nice soft mattress and a bathtub for soaking weary muscles."

"Absolutely loved our visit to Bracken Hide hotel. The property is beautiful, the cabins are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was comfy. We were cozy and warm. Our stay included breakfast which was fantastic and we ate dinner both nights at the restaurant and the food was delicious. This was a great base for us as we explored the Isle of Skye. They had a couple of cute little sheep on the property and they were just hanging out by the cabin the first morning. Love this place and wish we could have stayed longer and yes definitely would come back!! Best hotel of our whole vacation."

"Easy check in. The room had an actual king bed unlike other hotel's who advertise a king but its a queen. Excellent restaurant next door with live music, great food and service. "

"The property is amazing. Beautiful views. Well located for exploring Skye. There is a Co-Op grocery store on your way in. If you need groceries stop there. "
