"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! I thought I had booked a different room than I did because all the same pictures are on all the rooms. So, I would suggest they change the pictures to give a more accurate depiction of what you are getting.
The rooms were nice but standard for a beach hotel. The beds were comfortable. The hot tubs on the balcony are a great touch.
The food was good. Just be sure to make your reservations for the specialty restaurants right away.
The beach is beautiful!
There was a large college crowd when we stayed which we could have done without. They took over the whole place.
Large selection of pools and plenty to do.
The spa was lovely.
All in all, it was a great value for our money.
I think I may book here again.

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had an overall very positive stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and felt it delivered the luxury, calm atmosphere we were looking for, specifically, an upscale resort without excessive partying or noise.
The food was outstanding and far exceeded typical all-inclusive standards. High-quality T-bone and ribeye steaks, along with lobster, scallops, and sashimi, were consistently delicious and felt truly 5-star. Dining was one of the strongest aspects of our stay.
A very special mention goes to Francisco, our butler, who was exceptional. The animation staff — Pedro, Roberto, Juan, and Manuel — were phenomenal and one of the highlights of our stay.
The resort itself is beautiful, though cleanliness could be improved to fully match its luxury caliber, particularly in room detailing and linens. Additionally, service attitudes were not as warm or welcoming as the Dominican hospitality we are accustomed to.
We also noticed that flies were occasionally present around food areas. While this can happen in tropical settings, more attentiveness would be good.
Overall, Majestic Mirage offers a high-quality, upscale experience with incredible food. With improvements in consistency around cleanliness and service warmth, it has the potential to be truly exceptional. Customer service needs to be drastically improved. Staff should not have scowls or feel as if patrons are a bother. We would still recommend it to travelers seeking a refined, relaxing luxury resort.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here as a family of four with kids ages 17 and 13, and overall had a great experience.
The property is impressive, several pools, and plenty of dining options. While there were lines at times, they were very manageable (usually 10 to 20 minutes). We only made one reservation during our stay, for the hibachi at Zen, and had no trouble eating well otherwise. The only disappointing meal we had was at Ipanema.
The staff was very friendly which really enhanced our stay. Our room was amazing, clean and comfortable
The main downside was pool and beach seating. If you don’t get towels and secure chairs by around 8:30-9:00am, it can be tough to find a spot later.
Bring cash. Tips are welcomed and clearly appreciated by the staff, and it seems to be an important part of their income.
Overall, this is an excellent resort, especially for families with teens"
