The Grand at Trafalgar Square
10/10 Excellent
"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "
"The staff were exceptionally friendly. The bar staff at the Atrium lounge really ensured I had a positive experience, offered guidance when asked, and were very friendly. I really felt like they were vested in me having a safe and positive experience. "
"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "
