" My stay at Sunset Caribe was amazing. I had a two bedroom suite. All of questions prior to arrival were answered in a timely fashion. I would suggest communicating with the property via email to receive a faster response. They offer a free laundry service and welcome drink. I recommend renting a golf cart from them so you can park closer to your room. Everything was perfect except one thing....... The water pressure sucks. Its like somebody is spitting on you in the shower. That beautiful establishment with sucky water pressure. The customer service, housekeeping, shuttle service and the restaurant staff and food was amazing. Ill definitely be staying again. "

Housekeeping prepped an amazing towel welcome for my daughter's birthday!Pool well maintained and inviting. 1st visit in September, sargassum a bit smelly, but we jumped in off the pier.
