"Kino at the Aviary was the BEST!!! Every team member was exceptional. There was an instance in the Casino where my husband was with our 7yo daughter walking through to get to the Sugar factory and one of the casino attendants was very nasty and rude to my husband in telling him that she(our daughter) couldn’t be there and she needed to go. She said this several times. This occurred this past Saturday evening. My husband had to explain to her that the way she spoke to him in front of our child was unnecessary and inappropriate. She didn’t say anything after that. There is a way to speak to people, professionally and courteously especially in front of children. Perhaps you may need to have a course in courtesies and speaking to guests. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay without incident. The entire team except for her as I mentioned, were OUTSTANDING!!!"
"This hotel was wonderful and the staff were fabulous! The only negative I have but will still give it a 5 star is how cold the whole hotel was. My room was freezing, but I was able to turn the air off; however, the rest of the hotel was freezing. I stayed shivering and because of the going out in the warm then coming back into the cold, I came home with a terrible cold. The weather degrees was between 78-79, it shouldn’t had been so cold in the hotel. Again, it will get its 5 stars because of how beautiful the hotel and staff were!"
