"The friendly staff, their service is outstanding. There is a dedicated person who welcome you, carry your bags, give you a tour of the facility and the room.
The room is clean and comfortable, great amenities, the only thing that I do not like is they blast the heater to high, even with lowering the temperature, it is still very hot.
The room came with dinner and breakfast. I did not tell them in advance that my husband is allergic to diary, So there have no time to amend the menu for dinner. But for the breakfast, they were able to substitute all dishes with diary with alternatives. Service is excellent and over and above.
