"The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown. "

"The rooms were a little tired but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. The location is perfect, try and get a room facing the Ferris wheel as night time is very pretty. The foyer is beautiful and always smells so fresh! The convenience store onsite had everything we needed including beautiful sandwiches for the kids and the breakfast oh my goodness! Next level!!!! They had everything you could imagine!!!! "

"The rooms were a good size and even had a couch to sit on in them. The bathroom was small but clean and sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to food spots and the train station. It was a good location and would stay again if in Kobe."
