"The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown. "

The foyer is beautiful and always smells so fresh! The convenience store onsite had everything we needed including beautiful sandwiches for the kids and the breakfast oh my goodness! Next level!!!! They had everything you could imagine!!!! "

The hotel has its excellent location right on Motomachi shopping street, just a short walk from Motomachi Station and close to restaurants, shops, Chinatown and other attractions — making it ideal for sightseeing and exploring Kobe on foot.The beds are not small at all.
