"Great stay!"

"The place was spotless and really well equipped, full kitchen, washing machine, oven, coffee machine etc. Easy check in, friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too. More like a 5 minute walk to the Bernina express but not a major issue. I would say the entrance is a little hard to find especially in the dark, its down a side street and it just looks like a block of flats from the outside. Perhaps clarify the directions with the place first, they messaged us on WhatsApp after we had booked. All in all, I would recommend and definitely stay again. "

Is probably the best word to sum up this wonderful hotel,it's in a great location, the hotel itself is so nice ,the staff was amazingly helpful (we had car trouble and recommended a local place) the room was spectacular with bith views of the mountains and how clean it was . "This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was amazing, service in the hotel was above expectations. The food choices at breakfast was the best I had on the trip. I would 100% stay here again, and already planning another trip for next year! Parking was a little tight and needs more than a 3 point turn (more like an 11 point turn), but it is underground. "

"We booked this last minute, literally, we had brake fade on the car and needed somewhere to stay whilst the brakes cooled down after the Gavia Pass. We were delighted with the reception and a lovely room with a view. The hotel provides a bar and snack meals but if you need a meal there are three excellent restaurants in the town which give a 10% discount if you are staying at the Bianca. We went for the Steak House."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, food, staff, location, accomodation, everything was brilliant, would go back in a heartbeat. If you're driving the parking is free and right on the doorstep, the breakfast buffet is extremely diverse and all of excellent quality and the dinners equally delicious. "
