"Well maintained rooms and common areas. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were great for recommending and organizing tours. We had the added bonus of staying on a Thursday where the social night is held. Maggie organised drinks and appetizers for the guests to share and meet before heading to the night market. This place will be my go to choice the next time we visit Tamarindo."

"Absolutely stunning property! The infinity pool was amazing with its view of the Pacific Ocean. We are so thrilled to have found this location. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a rattling AC in our room. We called up as we were heading out to dinner and by the time we got back it was all fixed. Every room has an ocean front balcony. This really made our trip great. "We loved our stay at Tamarindo Village Hotel. My family chose one of the rooms with a second bedroom loft. It was located at the top of the hotel on a hill. I felt like I was in the jungle, removed from the tourists of town, yet we were very close (walking distance) to shops/grocery/restaurants and the beach. My favorite was that we had a private small dipping pool on our deck. Monkeys were playing in the trees daily. A large variety of birds were present as well. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The owners keep the appliances up to date and the kitchenette was perfectly stocked with everything I needed but not too much. The breakfast was lovely. $7 for an ample amount of delicious food, or the buffet items are complementary. I love peaceful simplicity when I travel, and Tamarindo Village Hotel exceeded my expectations. We would be lucky to stay again."
