"I was welcomed by three employees of the hotel with such warmth, I immediately felt at home. Laura, in particular, was so attentive to me during my entire stay. I was sad to leave. A wonderful experience. The only caveat is that it's a little far from the main town, but the hotel can arrange for a Tuk Tuk for you (very cheap and fun). "
"Everything at Arde la Selva was amazing, the staff is super friendly, food and drinks are great, the premises are really comfortable, pools are great, but ... the music is unnecessarily loud. I understand the afternoons and evenings are more vibrant, but having loud music from 8 am to 12 m prevents from enjoying a relaxing time. I liked everything but definitely would not define our stay as "quiet"."
"I had a room reservation for three persons and when I went they don't have my room in the hotel they have just one room for three, and They had the room occupied and didn't give me any options, they didn't respect my reservation"

We had an amazing experience at Portón del Sol in Santa Fe de Antioquia! The pools were absolutely spectacular—our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the music created such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
It was a fantastic day staying at this hotel with our family. We’re especially grateful for the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent attractions, the spotless rooms, and the overall comfort of the place.
