"First time I was upgraded to the adults only resort from the Palace. When arriving to the Riviera the, staff quickly checked us in and we were off to our room. We arrived very late due to a delay with our departure. We were informed that the buffet closed at 6 pm and the only food we could get was from the neighboring resort, a 15 minute walk. We finally decided to take the bus to Strikers, the 24/7 bar."

"We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation."

This is our third time celebrating our anniversary at TRS, and the only regret is not staying longer. We appreciate every ounce of attention provided, and joy spread every time we come. We adore the people here and the immaculate experiences they provide to guests - we can’t wait return and really hope to bring friends next time to share what feels like a hidden gem in a wonderful country! "Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous "

"Everything was wonderful and everyone was so kind and helpful The only complaints would be was the food was very salty and also all of the buffet food was cold unless you had them cook it right there in front of you, I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to returning"
