"Excellent stay! Gorgeous facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and drink available! The outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature. The balcony overlooking the trees and with a view of the mountains was top notch. Only issue is upon check-out I wasn’t told I would still need my room key to leave the underground parking. Usually, you scan to get in only, and when you leave, the doors are simply motion detecting. Thus, I gave both keys back at the front desk and was stuck inside the underground. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone down in 5 minutes. I waited about 15 before another guest had to leave the hotel and let me follow them out. So, if you plan to use underground parking, keep one key with you! There is a slot to roll down your window and drop it in after you exit. All in all, had a lovely time and will for sure be staying again "
"My friends and I stayed at the Moose hotel for a girls week away and we loved it! The rooms were spacious and clean. The mini fridge worked really well at keeping our snacks cold. We loved the in hotel spa and the hot tub and outside fire had beautiful Mountain views and was the perfect way to relax after a day hiking. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and we were grateful to be able to borrow bear spray from the hotel without charge (only charged if you end up needing to use it). Lastly, we loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants and there was easy transportation nearby for going to things like the Banff gondola. I would definitely stay here again! "
