They went the extra mile for us to make sure all our needs are being addressed. We had some miss communications with some stuffs in the hotel, but they immediately made sure to solve it and made us very comfortable and happy. The experience wouldn’t be the same without them. "

"Clean room, walkable resort, lots of free activities too, quiet at night. When the sun goes down, there is an indoor option that stayed open to 1am. My favorite staff, Ivan and Fernando. They interacted with the guests through water aerobics and/or different activities offered."
