"The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus were very accommodating for us as blind travelers. The room was clean and always restocked with water bottles each day. While the cabanas weren't really worth it when it's windy, the lounge chairs and palapas down on the beach by the water were just perfect. "Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years."
