"Hotel service and care is always excellent in Asia. No difference with all the staff at Grand Santa Signature KL. Hotel lobby is in the smaller side, but very comfy and clean and has all the amenities of bigger hotel. Breakfast has many selection, but the western option is rather limited. However seating is plentiful and all the staff were delightful. Cleanliness was also very good. In our second stay within a week, we were given a larger room in the 2nd floor. We were quite pleased...

"Located less than 10 mins walk from Petaling Street Chinatown, also less than 10 mins walk to the LRT / MRT station. No issues during my stay, friendly staff and Wi-Fi worked. Room cleaning services not provided daily so do clarify when checking in so you are aware. A gym with a few machines and some weights. Washing machines and dryers on-site, pay at reception for token (around MYR 22), washing liquid included. My first stay at this hotel and I was happy with it. "

"Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!"
