"This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself. There are no meals offered, you have to prepare them yourself. "

The natural surroundings are beyond compare - the sparkling lagoon, coral garden. The food is relatively well priced and very tasty. We wish we had stayed longer here and shorter in bora bora. They helped to facilitate our transit to and from the island, advised on and booked our excursions and answered all of our cultural and tourism related questions. Corrine is a superb and elegant chef. Every night we enjoyed Michelin star three course dinners with lovely company. Frédéric infuses the best.rums on the island, all with Tahitian vanilla, and various other fruits from the property. Every morning, a gourmet breakfast was delivered to our bungalow. If you want a five star hotel experience at a fraction of the cost with congenial company, look no further than there pension Titaina."

"Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"
