One concern is the loud ceiling fan connection to the roof in the bathroom - the roof vents were clapping and making loud noises in the wind. "As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us very well. They were very friendly and proficient! The room was very clean and tidy when we came in as well. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"The staff was welcoming and friendly upon check-in. We were immediately offered an upgrade and late checkout as a Gold Elite members. The room was clean, with a good size bathroom, a coffee machine, and complementary bottles of water. The best part was the staff finding the AirPod I had left behind, keeping it at the front desk and I was able to pick it up one week later when I returned. This was extremely helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (Proof Kitchen - nothing special food wise, but friendly waitress) in the hotel, but definitely book ahead if it’s a busy night like New Year’s."
