"Beautiful location in the Uco Valley. Villa - Spacious and comfortable. with an unexpected small pool as well. comfortable bed and great linens. Good turndown, Bad things - bathroom stinks of drains as reported by other reviews, security - the windows don’t lock properly and whilst there is a lockable outer door anyone could hop up on to the deck and enter via window, . Property had good perimeter security and patrols but still was not ideal. We had a few issues but in fairness these were rectified immediately, however i felt these were things at this price point shouldn’t have been missed prior to check in, Food - breakfast was great, options to order and small buffet. They did us a pack up for airport when we left early which was very poor - just fruit and water plus two biscuits…so if you want a pack up be specific about what you want. a restaurant food was excellent. Would also highly recommend Iris restaurant next door and the Alpasion Food truck. "

"This is a lovely hotel set in a winery. The staff were excellent. We enjoyed the BBQ which gave us an opportunity to meet several other guests. The room was very nice. "

"Lovely little boutique hotel in the middle of an organic winery. Loved being able to watch the sun set over the mountains and vineyard. Everything felt very new and well appointed. The onsite restaurant was very good as well. Highly recommend when staying Mendoza. "

"We had a great stay in the 2 bed villa. Great location near wineries. Food is excellent - especially the rib eye steak and fries (best so far in Argentina). There are some aspects which aren’t five star but for the price it’s excellent !"

"In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes are incredible. We would love to go back to Cielo on our next trip. Thank you Cielo team - your kindness was greatly appreciated "

"We loved our stay; staff were amazing (especially Tomas & Balti), food was fantastic. The glam camps were so cute with breathtaking views, the entire place is magical. If you are using their transport be sure to confirm times as we often found ourself waiting but overall fantastic stay! Insider tip be sure to check out Cuarto Dominio for a tasting as that was a highlight of our stay!"

"Beautiful facilities and setting in Valle de Uco. Located within vineyards about 1.5 km from main road. Grounds maintained immaculately. Rooms all on ground level, and spread out within forest-like landscape. Plethora of birds, including doves, pheasants and numerous South American species. Excellent food quality and service. Allowed to dine at leisure for three hours. Easy access to Salentein Bodega (about 1 km) for tour and wine-tasting. Highly recommend."
