"We have stayed here many times - it’s our favourite ski resort. Planibel Residences (the apartments) have been refurbished in the last few years (Monte Rosa) and they are absolutely lovely! Very well equipped, nicely furnished, warm and cosy, comfortable bed (needed after a day on the slopes), and fabulous bathrooms that have plenty of hot water. The WiFi is very good and reliable. The location is perfect if skiing as it’s a few minutes walk until you’re at the bottom of the gondola or chair lifts. Everything you need is very close by (lift pass and ski rental) and the on site pub (La Cages aux Folles) is a very relaxed pub/restaurant that has delicious food a great atmosphere and lovely staff. We will come back…again!"

"Very comfortable and clean rooms (we had a family room which was in fact a suite with a day room with settee bed and two singles the opposite side of sliding partition.) Two bathrooms! One had a full length bath. Excellent food in a buffet style so you can choose to eat as much or as little - and be prepared to experiment. Great for non fussy eaters. Location cannot be beaten for ski access to main gondola and two chair lifts. Supermarket and 2 x ski hire shops within 2 minutes walk. Will come back again."

"I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! "

"It was excellent! the location is great, and it was a very comfortable stay with nice bed, decent decor, and clean bathroom. And I parked on street in front of the hotel entrance free until 8am in the morning which is awesome!"

"Nice large room with balcony and nice Mountain View’s. Excellent breakfast. What really made the stay was the staff. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Can’t say enough about everyone’s kindness "
