"First time staying at an all-inclusive, and I am glad it was here. From the moment I arrived at the Hyatt Vivid, I was greeted by the staff. Had my luggage taken so I could check in smoothly, and was presented with a cold towel. During check-in, I was given a refreshing cucumber lemonade. Check-in was smooth and seamless. I was escorted by staff (handling my luggage) to my suite. Staff performed a walk-through before allowing me to come in. Staff throughout the entire property are very professional and patient, always ensuring you are comfortable and enjoying yourself. The property itself is very well maintained. I did not have any issues with cleanliness. It seemed like the housekeeping staff was cleaning rooms multiple times throughout the day. I thoroughly enjoyed the foam pool party and silent dance party. Those two activities were fun and had our entire group participating. Food options are plentiful!!! However, the resort seems to go quiet at 11pm every night, even on the weekends. I wish the silent party would have lasted longer and more activities or things to do after 11pm. Overall, I will be back!"

"I love traveling to this resort. The Staff is like family to us and we love them all. They always go above and beyond. If i could critique anything about this resort is the food. I am lucky on this trip, we stayed in the Royal Level with excellent food choices. Outside of the royal level the food seems to be consistent but also the same flavors and quality throughout. The food is made for the masses and quality suffers due to this. "
