"Convenient location for our needs. Room attractively decorated. Good window treatment for both letting in and blocking out light. Nice breakfast bar and great coffee maker in lobby/breakfast room. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. A manager came through the breakfast room and, table by table, asked for feedback, a first ever for us.
Cons: our room (101) was noisy since it was closest to lobby, pool, etc. It was our choice tho, so... The sink stopper didn't fully close or open. The room safe wouldn’t open without the front desk key and was located on the floor of the closet -- terribly inconvenient to the directions and for access. The cleaning station in the breakfast room was on the same small table as the plates and wrapped utensils -- unappetizing and possibly unsanitary."
