"This is a great hotel. I work in Midland, so I stay here quite often. The rooms are above average, and always clean. The staff iis always great, and very helpful. And, you can’t beat the price. Most nights it averages between 70 and 80 dollars. If you were to book this same hotel in a bigger city, you’d pay 200 a night or more. I personally won’t stay anywhere else. "

"This place is actually kind of a neat set-up. A series of small little moto-lodging huts, but each with their own individual bathrooms (NO community/ shared baths!) It's pretty new, can't be more than a few years old. Very clean linens and bedspread, rustic look (a lot of interior wood). There's a water heater under the sink that heats the water and shower together. All the accessories of a standard hotel room - except there's no soap or shampoo whatsoever, so bring your own!!.Very quiet because of the way it's designed, you cannot hear the person next to you at all. Well worth the $60 I paid for (1) night there!! (Major_USMC)"
