"The check-in experience was wonderful. The shuttle driver was nice - helpful and professional. Donna in reception was a joy to meet after a long day of travel - she was warm, welcoming, engaging and answered our questions helpfully. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and welcoming and presented very well on arrival. Only after checking in did we notice it does need some updates as there is some visible wear and tear in some places, and the elevator worked but did makes some noises that were a little scary. But, our room was clean and more than adequately appointed for our overnight stay with a fridge and microwave. There is a 24-hr Burger King next door and other fast food/chainoptions available close by. Absolutely recommend for an affordable, clean, comfortable, close-to-the-airport option and will definitely book again."
"Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work."
