"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"

I enjoyed the spacious room and the big, soft towels they provided. The breakfast was very, very nice, with lots of selections. It's also within walking distance to the central station. "

Can not adjust temperature is not really for customers who comes from Asia and tend to need warmer temperatures in the room
