"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hawthorn in Chicago, and it was a delightful experience! The location was simply amazing, offering easy access to local attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. "Friendly staff. Great amenities. Easy access from Louisville via 2nd Street bridge. Nice clean rooms with plenty of pillows for maximum comfort. Even though I didn’t use the pool it is a nice size pool with plenty of room to just sit and relax. "

"Excellent stay. The hotel itself was very quiet and super clean. Loved the bed and pillows! I would have loved another blanket in the room as it’s just a sheet and very thin blanket but I’m sure I could have asked for one. Parking was a challenge unless you pay for valet which is $45. We ended up just paying the valet fee but that process was so smooth and fast! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was excellent as well and had a very romantic feel to it. Will return! "
