If you like strolling among the stalls, you might want to head out to Hachinohe Morning Market when visiting Hachinohe. Splash some more cash at Mutsuku Ekimae Market.
The center of Hachinohe is home to cultural attractions like Hachinohe City Museum of Art, so you might want to stop by during your stay. If you want to experience more of the culture Hachinohe has to offer, head to Hachinohe Yatai Village Miroku Yokocho, YS Arena Hachinohe, and Hachinohe City Museum.

Hachinohe Grand Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Grand Hotel was a great place to stay. Respectful and accommodating staff and always willing to help when needed. In the middle of Hachinohe and is a good hotel to stay while walking the city but very safe and quiet. "
"Conveniently located hotel providing easy access to the military base and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was included and very good. There is an onsen on-site; those with tattoos can purchase coverups for a small price to use the baths. Friendly service at the desk and from staff. A wonderful stay overall, so I will definitely book again. "
"Newly renovated Japanese-style room, eg. tatami, kotatsu table, floor mattresses, etc; lots of antique aspects (it’s an old samurai residence)!
Staff was lovely, room is spacious and clean, washroom is clean and modern.
The place also has a connected restaurant that specializes in gyoza and it was top notch.
If anything, I’d recommend this place on vibes alone!!! "
"It’s an old hotel, but clean. The rooms are fairly small, but it’s fine for a business trip.
The only bad point is that the staff insists on making a copy of ID even for foreign residents. "
"It's a perfect place to stay for the price. It also includes free breakfast and free refreshments from 4pm - midnight I believe.
The staff are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and kind.
