"The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before the normal checking in time. So the gentleman told us the best place for breakfast which we went and agreed with him. When we were back to check in, our luggage was already delivered to our room. We stayed for one night but stored our luggage for 10 days when we went to Paine Del Torres. We were really grateful for that. When we picked up the luggage we asked for some hot water, the young staff member heated up some water for us. This is a great hotel to stay. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and water front. And most importantly the nicest staff members. "

"A comfortable stay in a slightly eccentric (in a good way) hotel close to downtown Puerto Natales. Great views across the fjord. Very helpful staff, good room, especially the ability to turn heating on and off as required in chilly temperatures. Decent breakfast buffet, good dinner and friendly restaurant staff."

"While having a kitchen was nice, the place overall left something to be desired. You could hear EVERYTHING from room to room and from outside, so it felt like anyone moving quietly in the kitchen in the morning was banging around. The bed was not particularly comfortable. However, the communication with the host was fine and the location was good for our purposes. "

"We had a large suite with direct lake views, although as hotel is on the only main, coast road, it can be quite noisy during the day. Room very nice and can see the other rooms quite a bit smaller. Food good"
