"The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. They offer private tours in Quito, but also the surrounding areas. We did 3 tours and they were beyond great. I highly recommend staying here and the tours are an absolute must. "

"First of all, the hotel building itself is a piece of history almost 500 years. Second, unbeatable location, able to walk to all major historical landmarks easily. It is a very safe hood. There are plenty of restaurants around, next door to a grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly. "

Reception staff helped gladly with toyr recommenadions and irganization. For me this place was maybe not a luxurious 5 star, but it certainly felt like 5 star treatment. "This hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable, featuring premium sheets and towels. One thing to note is that there is no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to request a ground-floor room."
