"This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."

We really loved ms Angela and receptionist Hang, who were quick in responding to our needs and always happy to help us. They arranged a tour to halong bay and gave us recommendations of things to do in Hanoi. The room facilities were great, with an excellent location near to all the main areas of Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel to all groups, families and travellers to Hanoi, for an amazing stay."
