The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. What truly stands out is the service. The staff are polite, professional, and extremely attentive, making guests feel genuinely welcomed. The internet is fast and reliable, the air conditioning works very well, and the hot water has strong pressure and stays consistently hot, which made the stay very comfortable. "My late check in was smooth and fast. The room and the bathroom were big and roomy. I booked a river view room and it had a balcony and a nice river view. Just what I needed after a long travel. Very conveniently located near the walking street."

"The hotel is down a quiet side street so noise was not a problem. The hotel although budget price had the friendliest of staff who were very helpful . There was a great breakfast menu with smoothies, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs etc The rooms were fine with good air con and great bathrooms. The only downside was the beds are very firm but otherwise comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee in the rooms so had a kettle and fridge. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if uou ate travelling on a budget"

"We stayed at Banyan Tree for 8 days / 7 nights, staying in an Ocean facing Pool Villa with Well-being Package. Highlights: Jacuzzi / Hot Tub attached to the private pool. It got windy and cold on some days (hot and sunny on others). The Jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy a hot soak day or night when temperatures dropped. The on-call Butler service via WhatsApp was efficient and useful. Whatever we needed was a quick text message away. Always friendly and accomodating. Villa was serviced and cleaned twice a day, and with our Well-being package we got juices, fruit and healthy bowls of food in the afternoon. I knew this hotel was more isolated and that was fine for us, and the food options on site were fine for a one week stay. However, if you are planning multiple day trips from Banyan Tree then the transport may get tedious as it’s a fair distance from Hue and Hoi An. If you want a relaxing and pampered stay that feels miles away from the problems of the outside world, this is your place. "
