"This is a typical nice hotel that you would find in Mexico: simple room, hot shower, tile floor. Very clean with its restaurant. It has a swimming pool, but we didn’t try it. Views from our room were super nice!
Only thing is that it is not handicap accessible since there are no elevators.
Anyway, the city of Xilitla is not handicap accessible at all. If you have problems walking uphill and downhill, this town is not for you. It is half a mile from downtown, so it is walkable if you don’t have issues going up and down (very steep).
We (wife and three young adult kids), took two rooms and they loved the hotel. Also, we left the car in the hotel’s parking area, and walked and took taxis. Town streets are very narrow, and not for the faint of heart. "

"I stayed 4 nights here and it was so nice! The beds were pretty comfy, there was AC and the bathroom and dorms were spotless! Every day the bed was made and rooms were cleaned! The outdoor area was very nice too, the gazebo had a nice vibe to it. Claudia was the best host as well, incredibly nice and very patient with my poor Spanish. She helped me figure out transportation and has tour guides available to for any excursion I was interested in! I would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again~"
