"This was a nice place to stay when visiting our kids at ACU on a busy weekend. The campus is only 15 minutes away. Staff were excellent. The property is a bit dated. Another reviewer said it reminded them of a renovated Holidome, and I would second that opinion. We had a slight hiccup with an odor coming into our room through the ventilation and the staff were super responsive at addressing it, and got it resolved without any issues. Having two kids at ACU, we have stayed at most of the other hotels in Abilene, and we will most likely return to this one again. We enjoyed the atrium and the happy hour. "
"Well-maintained older hotel with clean, quiet rooms. The staff is excellent and the big pool in the courtyard is nice. Free beer from 6pm-8pm is a plus!"
"Rooms are spacious enough. I liked open area for fresh air. However, staff not removing trash could see trash cans full for 2 days.

Could not get extension for check out.
Breakfast is poor: no milk for 2 days; no fruit, always serving cereals , coffee and bread. If you say break fast included; try to make a variety at least every 2days… Can be great if those issues are resolved "
