"Had a great stay at a really nice hotel—comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The jacuzzi was excellent, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options to start the morning right. Definitely a place I’d stay at again."

"We checked in after dark and we were not familiar with Flagstaff. It was challenging to actually get to the front desk because there were minimal signs to direct us and poor street lightning because of some ordinance to limit stray light. You can’t actually see the lobby area from the street. Once we found it, the desk lady was superb!! Very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay!! Now that I know how to get there, we will definitely stay here again!!"

"I left my jewelry behind and the head housekeeper turned it into the assistant manager Ashley who called me. This was over 6,000.00 dollars of jewelry and two people were so honest and said the reward I wanted to give each of them wasn’t necessary ! How amazing! Of course I insisted they each take the money . This company should be so proud of there employees!"
