"Everything was wonderful friendly staff . The gentleman at the front desk Sonny was a very helpful ,friendly man. We had a problem with our door lock and he went the extra mile for us and made sure we got in and all was good as he was getting off his shift. "Great accommodations! Rooms were huge and spotless. Excellent overall but rated it a four because some ammenities were off site. The indoor pool and the pop up bar were at another sister location ‘the lodge’ down the street. I didn’t understand that at the time of my booking of 3 rooms for my extended family. Also while the indoor pool was fine, it’s in a spot that does not stay warm and it was uncomfortablely cold when getting out of the water. "

"I waited 20 min to check in when i located a staff member she told me to wait because she was making coffee. At breakfast I asked if I could get a cup of ice and was told to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. Why would i go to the 2nd floor when i was having breakfast on the first floor a bit inconvient. Otherwise the facility was beautiful and well kept."
