"Very similar setup like North America. Clean, excellent service, personalized decor, management has very good taste. Ambience well setup and through. Excellent hotel to stay and get North American touch in every where. I will recommend anyone to stay in this property to have a good time. "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."

"It’s an ok resort if you’re visiting for a day or so. This isn’t somewhere you’d spend a week or even 2 days. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. "

"Definitely a 5 star hotel, clean and safe all around the hotel. Staff are very professional and very polite. Has access to the swimming pool and childrens area. Beautiful scenic view for people that love to take pictures. "

"Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. I think bathroom tiles could have been better cleaned, Overall it was a positive experience and I would come again if I ever needed a convenient stay. "
