"I stayed here for 8 days and overall I would give Tru by Hilton 5 stars. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was provided daily and was ample and had just enough variety with the eggs and sausage to keep things interesting. Best of all, it was available till 10 am! The gym is excellent. The only issue I had was the in-house bar was only open 1 day, despite signs everywhere stating it was open daily. And when I asked the front desk about it, they couldn't even give an answer as to why it was not open. "
"The staff was helpful and efficient, checkin was easy, the property was easy to navigate with the provided map. The shops on property had everything we needed and things were all clean. The food at the restaurants were delicious! The rooms themselves were comfortable enough, though they were a bit dated. The shuttle didn’t go to Epic Universe unfortunately, but Lyft/Uner rides were not expensive and were plentiful. For the price and location, it was a really good deal! "
