"While our stay didn’t start off smoothly, it ended on a high note because of Mario, the Hotel Duty Manager at Fiesta Americana. Due to an issue with water on the floor, we had to switch rooms multiple times, which was understandably frustrating. However, Mario stepped in and completely changed the tone of our experience. He was attentive, calm, professional, and genuinely empathetic. He listened, took ownership, and made sure the situation was handled with care and urgency. What could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one because of his leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. Mario made us feel valued, heard, and appreciated—and most importantly, confident that Fiesta Americana stands behind its guests.
