"Cleanliness and staff needs to be trained "

"I arrived at this hotel to check in but having seen the unhealthy entrance with mark of spitting, I decided to check the room before I check in, I found the bathroom was smelling with filthy smell of urine. I refuse to check in and asked for refund but unfortunately could not as the manager Mr Dilip attitude was totally negative and I left the place and checked in another hotel. This owner of the hotel has put beautiful images of the rooms but its a trick to cheat the public. I am surprised that a worldwide reputed company Hotel.com is allowing such hootels being allowed to market their rooms on their website. I have tried to get refund via Hotel.com but their system was down. "

"Good convenient hotel"

"The hotel is apparently 2 years old and it looks like that from the outside but from inside it seems like a 10 years old atleast because so many things are damaged on the inside. Like in our room, flooring was chipped and nuts were off. The place where you put your luggage had broken things. Bathroom door had broken outer cover so you can actually see the inside rubber, bathroom towel hanger was broken etc etc. Rooms were dusty when we were in. Food was very average. Service was the worst with once they taking 45 mins for 2 dosas in the restaurant. Just doesn't feel Taj like. Facilities for children were abundant though and spa was good. Overall for the price it was OK but not a hotel where you would like to keep coming back for something."
