The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. "The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even eat or drink anything before washing dishes first. Never again "

"Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed."
