"This is a great hotel in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore! It's a classy, unique establishment. The room was very spacious with a separate entry way with a closet, the bathroom, and a fridge and counter. The room had a large TV and a desk/workspace area. The parking was extremely convenient. Be aware that there is a $100 per day incidentals charge and budget correctly! Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, boutique hotel in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and within walking distance of the ballpark and football stadium."
"We were provided an upgrade when our room key did not work after returning from dinner. The upgrade was from a single room to a suite, I was rather surprised after being told it was a bigger room. Great job to the staff."
